The Arboretum is open to the public free of charge, seven days a week during daylight hours (from dawn to dusk).
The LSU Hilltop Arboretum is located at 11855 Highland Road, Baton Rouge (70810), approximately 6 miles south of LSU, between Bluebonnet Boulevard and Siegen Lane.

Kids' Lab Weekend Chemistry Program
Second and Fourth Saturdays and Sundays of each month
Sessions are 45 minutes in length. Saturdays at 10:15 AM, 12:00 PM, & 2:00 PM Sundays at 1:30 PM & 3:00 PM
A "Yard of the Month," is awarded during the spring, summer and fall months. Judges for this award are members of the beautification committee and other volunteers. The judging is usually during the 2nd week of the current month. A sign in the winning yard is displayed for the month and the winner is awarded a pot plant.
